I placed an online order around 8:15 PM for pickup. The business is listed as closing at 8:45 PM, so I arrived around 8:28 PM, well before closing. However, I started receiving multiple phone calls around 8:20 PM asking when I was coming to pick up my order. When I arrived, the staff gave me an unfriendly attitude, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them—even though there were still about 17 minutes left before their posted closing time. If the business expects customers to pick up orders earlier than the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated before the order is accepted. Otherwise, customers shouldn’t be rushed or made to feel unwelcome for arriving during normal business hours. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

To go only, seating area was fully blocked off. As someone who lived in Oakland Chinatown this food was mid I tried there sweet and sour fish and lollipop chicken lunch specials with both. Egg roll and rice where both 2/5 I would give the sauce that comes with the lollipop chicken a 4/5 making it the high light of the meal. The amount of food you get for a lunch special was good, and the service was great.

TO GO ONLY. Ordered the Chicken Wing with Garlic Sauce (Lollipop Chicken, comes with 10 pcs) for $16.95 and an order of the Beef Chow Fun for $12.95. Make sure to ask for chili oil or soy sauce because they won't give it to you unless you ask, but their chili oil is complete garbage here. It's not spicy at all so bring your own as well as your own salt! The legendary lollipop chicken lives true to the hype! VERY crispy, crunchy and if you get a piece that used to be a flat, you're lucky because those ones are the juiciest and have some fat in them and y'all know fat is flavor!! The batter on the chicken is airy and light, not overly battered and doesn't give you that gross oily feeling you sometimes feel after eating fried chicken. They definitely got frying chicken down to a tee. Everyone raves about the garlic sauce but honestly.. It wasn't anything special. It tasted like a more savory / soy sauce added sweet and sour sauce with garlic. It was good but the chicken is good on its own (you should add your own salt though). First time going there they are known for lollipops chicken also their food is good deal and good customer service for now it only takeout, I ordered pork chop and beef fried rice it was delicious would definitely go back again they sure cook very well it has good flavors not too salty is what I expected

Ever since this place was introduced to me by my previous colleague, I have been coming here a handful of times. This place is known for their chicken lollipop, which is a drumette where the meat is rolled to the top resembling the look of a lollipop, and that is what most people order from here anywhere from single orders to party trays. I stop by for a quick bite when I am in the area and in need of some good Chinese food. Their menu consists of appetizers, soups, authentic Chinese dishes, fried rice, noodles, etc. Everything here is made to order just the way I like it since I am a very patient person and I never mind the wait. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained and very understanding where I never encountered any issues at any of my visits. Lastly, I would have to say this is one of if not the best Chinese restaurant in the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving Chinese food, if you need a quick bite just like me or if you just so happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.
